What We Believe

We believe that God is sovereign and that salvation can only be found in His Son, Jesus Christ, by grace through faith alone. We believe that salvation cannot be earned but rather, it is a gift from God.

Church Mission

We exist to glorify God and to advance His Kingdom by preaching the gospel and making disciples through inter-denominational and worldwide evangelism.

We will strive for excellence in ministry by preaching and teaching the whole council of God as revealed by the Holy Scriptures to a growing fellowing and beyond to impact the local community and the world. The worship of God will be in word, giving, and music. We will embrace diversity. All programs, services, and resources, will be used to enhance and to support the work of the ministry.

MEET OUR PASTOR

Pastor Andrew McLeod has been serving as the pastor of Saint Stephen Christian Church (SSCC) since 2011. He received his Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and completed his Master in Business Administration degree at Saint Leo University. Pastor McLeod is a veteran of the of the United States Navy where he served honorably for 29 years. Before joining SSSCC, Pastor McLeod also served as a Church Elder at SSCC for seven years, where he taught weekly Bible Study and Sunday School.

Pastor McLeod is passionate about helping people deepen their relationship with God and live out their faith in practical ways. He is known for his engaging and thought-provoking sermons and for his ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

In his time at Saint Stephen Christian Church, Pastor McLeod has led the congregation in a number of initiatives to serve the community, including working with the local food pantry for low-income families and mentoring up and coming leaders within the local church. He has also overseen numerous renovations within the local church and has organized several church trips to Florida, New York and Washington, DC.

Pastor McLeod is married to his beautiful wife, Evangeline McLeod and has three children. In his free time, he enjoys working out, traveling, quiet time, and spending time with his family.
